Twenty-Four hour staffed assistance

Assistance with transferring from chair or bed
Insulin management - blood checks, insulin pen
Blood pressures, weights, and vitals

Oxygen assistance and monitoring
Mobility assistance - walking stand-by assistance, prompting for meals, walking assistance for exercise
Doctor ordered therapeutic stretching
Assistance scheduling medical appointments and transportation

Eating/Feeding assistance
Individual socialization/behavior management
Memory Care monitoring, supervision, behavior management and activities
Safety checks
Wound care and monitoring
Additional Nurse monitoring in the event of specific care requirement, post hospitalization, or specific needs of chronic condition
